Position Summary:
As a Financial Analyst at Carenet Health, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include reconciling general ledger accounts, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and providing key insights to drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies through thorough research.
- Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with accounting standards and identify trends.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information, protecting the integrity of operations.
- Enter and document financial transactions in appropriate accounting systems.
- Develop comprehensive reports, providing in-depth analysis to identify key business insights.
- Provide financial recommendations by evaluating various accounting options.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analyses to support investment planning and decision-making processes.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting systems for effective control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, team members, and clients.
- Contribute to the overall team effort by supporting colleagues and undertaking additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, charts, graphs, and complex formulas).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Project management and leadership skills, with effective prioritization.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects, working well under pressure.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations.
- Exceptional PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
