This is an On-Site role at our San Antonio Corporate offices.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Evaluate qualifications and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability for roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Facilitate seamless interview processes, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
  • Candidate Assessment: Assess technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit for organizational alignment.
  • Offer Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network of candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Compliance and Diversity: Ensure recruiting practices align with laws and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and benchmarks to inform decision-making.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on recruiting best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
