DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handleall incoming contacts from customers of a telecommunicationscompany through various channels (phone email andchat)
- Develop your knowledge continuously toeffectively answer customer queries and resolve potentialissues

REQUIREMENTS :
- C2level of German and B1 English both oral andwritten
