Responsibilities :

• Efficiently operate and monitor production equipment to guarantee quality output and streamlined processes.
• Conduct routine machinery checks and maintenance, ensuring peak performance.
• Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all regulatory standards throughout production.
• Precisely document all production activities, including equipment logs, batch records, and quality assessments.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with the quality control team to address and rectify any issues or deviations from standard procedures.
• Support inventory management by handling and storing raw materials and finished goods appropriately.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment, in line with health and safety protocols.

Qualifications :

• 1 years experience in manufacturing or production, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in operating complex machinery and a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow intricate instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• The resilience to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) are beneficial.
• Capable of standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing manual duties as needed.
