Registered Nurse - RN - Home Health

Our home health opportunity covering North Kansas City, MO, and adjacent areas,strives to provide Registered Nurses with endless opportunities to make an impact in care. Work/life balance in the city is a breeze, featuring a Monday-Friday schedule. For this specific contract, you are paid per hour, not per visit! Area of coverage is Camden Point, Farley, Platte City, Smithville, Waldron, Weston, North Kansas City, Kansas City, Riverside, Dearborn, and Edgerton. 

PAY:

$2,040/Weekly Gross

$51/Hourly

40 hours/Week

MORE ABOUT THE RN REGISTERED NURSE POSITION:

1. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
2. Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
3. Evaluate and assess the patient's medical condition as ordered and report any significant change in condition immediately to a physician for medical intervention and follow-up
4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses to care in accordance with regulatory standards
5. Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and ensure accurate documentation of medications administered
6. Regularly monitor and record vital signs, recognizing and addressing any abnormal findings
7. Be a model of professionalism and compassion with serving as an ambassador to this organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RN REGISTERED NURSE:

1. 1 years of home health experience within the past 3 years required 
2. BLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
3. OASIS experience required
4. HCHB experience preferred
5. Must be eligible to work in the United States
6. RN license in MO
7. Reliable transportation
