About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of People & Culture to lead its People, Culture, and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of leadership experience in the HR field, a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), and SHRM certification in PHR or SPHR. The role involves developing and executing HR strategies to support the business objectives, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, DE&I, organizational design, HR infrastructure, and compensation & benefits. The VP is expected to introduce innovative ideas that promote the company's culture, drive employee engagement, and expand talent pipelines. Responsibilities for this full-time role include leading the company's future of work strategy, providing strategic leadership to the Senior Leadership team, overseeing benefits administration, developing a strategic compensation philosophy, and promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will also partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure support for employees throughout the employee lifecycle, develop HR initiatives that support business strategies and people goals, and manage all company handbooks and policies. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and the ability to engage effectively with indirect reports and peers are essential.
