About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director with a current Texas Assisted Living Certification and a genuine passion for senior care. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and success of the assisted living community, including hiring, recruiting, and training team members, completing performance reviews, and ensuring that all care is in line with the company's philosophy. The role involves a hands-on, 24/7 commitment and requires the Executive Director to be knowledgeable in the company's principles of service and policies.Applicants must have at least one year of experience in long-term care or a related human service field, as well as supervisory and management experience. Excellent customer service, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and strong decision-making skills are essential.
