Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Communications Specialist to join our team in Miami. The Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to enhance the company's brand, engage clients, and support business objectives.

Pay range:
$21.50 - $32.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote The One Agency's brand and services.
  • Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, social media, and the company website.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting, and monitoring engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate and manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press conferences, and outreach campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting company events, including trade shows, seminars, and community outreach programs.
    • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content management systems.
    • Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
