Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Detroit. The Call Center Representative will be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service and support to address their insurance needs and inquiries.
Pay range:
$19.50 - $30.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
