This is a temporary to permanent hire Service Contract Act position with an hourly pay rate of $23.55 that includes a Health and Welfare Benefit of $4.41 an hour.
Service Contract Act, or SCA, position pay rates are determined by the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division.

Upon completion of six (6) months of employment, the selected candidate can expect an annual salary as a permanent full-time employee with the federal contractor.
Period of Performance:

Date of Hire through May 31, 2023, current contract period.
- June 1,2023- May 2024, next contract period
- with the potential for annual extensions through May 31, 2027
- preference for placement/transfer as federal contract employee after six (6) months employment with C&C International
Work Hours of Operation: , Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week, two (2) 15-minute breaks and 30-minute lunch, except for federal holidays, unless otherwise stated

Document Management Analyst I
Qualifications:
*One (1) year of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree
Certain assignments may require experience or substantial undergraduate coursework in, for example, finance/accounting, health care, or substantial experience in the legal environment or in information technology
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment
*Requires hands-on familiarity with the government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Relativity or other document review platform, Trial Director, et cetera or similar applications/databases
*Should be a knowledgeable user of the government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems
*Strong document review skill set (reviewing claims, patient records, et cetera)
*Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important
*Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
*Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a government and/or litigation support environment in conjunction with basic qualifications, preferred
Automated litigation support experience, helpful
Experience working with claims
Current or active clearance
Document Management Analyst I
Responsibilities/Duties:
The Document Management Analyst I performs moderately complex litigation support tasks, including, for example, detailed review and analysis of case materials in a broad range of subject matters, such as financial records, health care materials, and other litigation files.
(Task performed in addition to functions of Document Management Technician listed below.)
Sometimes serves as "team leader" for larger group of Document Management Technicians and clerical support staff
Often works with minimal supervision; reports to Task Supervisor, Project Supervisor or assigned staff
Create detailed indexes of case files
Draft procedures for accomplishing litigation support assignments
Document acquisition related tasks
Conduct database searches
Proofread and edit deliverable products
Document Management Technician Duties/ Functions
Collate and review evidence in newly submitted claims
Responsible for reviewing claim-related evidence, database management, and accurately documenting the steps per guidelines
May assist with case management activities on an as-needed basis
File, retrieve, and copy case file materials
Create witness binders; prepare deposition and trial exhibits
Enter data on-line to case files and other databases
Proofread, edit, correct Optical Character Recognition (OCR) text files
Retrieve and print (blow back) documents and digital image media
Tab, number, label, assemble documents
Fill out log sheets and report on task progress; perform quality control on the work of peers in all assigned areas
Ensure that formats of documents to be filed meet applicable requirements
Assists attorneys and support staff as assigned
The above-mentioned duties may be performed as single functions or in combination with one another.
