Growing and profitable owned manufacturing company, located in Nappanee, IN is seeking to a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to their team.
The 1st Shift Production Supervisor , will be one of two Supervisors on staff and will be responsible for managing a team of 20-25 employees on the cut-line and press line for fabricated steel, aluminum, and vinyl.
Looking for a high energy supervisor that can bring continuous improvement to the organization. Looking for a super star that enjoys working with people, mentoring, guiding and leading initiatives.

Production Supervisor Background Profile :
- Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred and / or combination of experience
- 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience required
- Extensive experience working within a lean environment and leading continuous improvement & lean initiatives including 5-Why’s, 8D, A3, Kaizen events, 5 / 6s, etc.
- Spanish speaking a big plus!
