ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

• Always ensures world-class guest satisfaction for all Orange Lake owners, guests and sales tour guests. Maintains professionalism with sales staff, team members, prospective purchasers and Orange Lake owners.
• Provides leadership and a positive influence on the daily operations and designated team.
• Manages team members to enhance developmental skills. Achieves personal and departmental written objectives determined throughout the year by the Manager of Marketing Operations. Maintains constant communication with the Manager or Marketing Operations for all exceptions and incidents. 
• Develops, implements and monitors training for the assigned team. Conducts weekly team meetings to communicate current events and changes within the department. Adheres to the department’s dress code.
• Ensures each Point of Sale station remains in balance. Ensures an adequate amount of hard good inventory is always on hand. Assists the Manager of Marketing Operations in conducting interviews to fill team vacancies.
• Manages the gifting process for the designated sales and marketing departments. Provides leadership and a positive influence on the daily operations and designated team. Generates additional revenue by soliciting guest to purchase merchandise and additional theme park and dinner show tickets in a face-to-face presentation.

• Previous cash handling skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong oral communication skills.
