LCG is seeking a well-established Senior SharePoint Online Business Analyst to support an existing Federal government customer. This is an exciting environment with multiple large projects and upgrades on-going and planned for the next 2 years.

The ideal candidate will have experience in engaging stakeholders to document user stories and processes and define acceptance criteria for migration requirements. The candidate should have experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead requirements gathering and conduct business analysis activities.
• Engage stakeholders to document user stories and processes and define acceptance criteria for migration requirements.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the various business areas/programs of the institute.
• Develop as-is business process models for information systems.
• Develop business cases and Alternatives Analysis documents.
• Verify that lines of reporting and responsibility provide adequate technical and managerial analysis of the project.
• Prepare management reports of key project performance indicators.
• Identify risks associated with the development of new software efforts, including application enhancements, extension systems, the analysis and classification of those risks as to severity and likelihood, and the identification of techniques to mitigate the risks.
• Collaborate with Designers, Developers, QA Testers, and stakeholders in an Agile Environment and ensure iterative delivery of functionality in enterprise applications through agile processes. 
• Maintain project documentation in Microsoft DevOps Server as user stories for assigned products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.A. with 5 years of experience.
• Experience in leading requirements gathering and conducting business analysis activities.
• Experience in engaging stakeholders to document user stories and processes and define acceptance criteria for migration requirements.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
