CareCore at Margaret Hall, a beautiful five star facility that is recognized by US News as a “Best” Long Term Care and Rehab facility, is seeking a Part-time Receptionist.This beautiful facility is located in the Heart of Cincinnati in the highly desirable Hyde Park/O’Bryonville neighborhood.

The position of Receptionist works to maintain a friendly and positive image for the center to callers, visitors, and guests through the responsibility of greeting and/or directing them. The position must function as a team member to ensure that work is accomplished, and quality service is delivered.

JOB DUTIES

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
• Operate paging/telephone system as required
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous receptionist experience required
• Prior work experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting.
