Care IV Home Health, a locally owned and operated home health agency, seeks a full-time Intake Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time office-based role with excellent benefits located at our corporate headquarters in Little Rock, AR. As an Intake Customer Service Rep, you would report to our Intake Manager. This is a role that requires a great deal of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and solid computer skills. A friendly demeanor and the ability to multitask are also important.
