Care Hospice is seeking a Regional Sales Director to oversee Community Liaisons within our Southeast Region. Territory would include our Crescent Hospice Programs located in Bennettsville, Charleston, Columbia, Conway, Florence, Hartsville, Murrell's Inlet, Orangeburg, Rock Hill, & Sumter, South Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership through motivating, directing, and supporting sales initiatives within a culture that fosters teamwork, and provides you with the opportunity for growth.

Ideal Candidate would live within their defined territory as position does require this leader to be in the field weekly. This is not a fully remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Strongly Preferred
• Minimum four years of healthcare sales/community liaison experience, preferably in hospice
• Minimum of two-years management experience
• Demonstrated understanding of hospice regulations
• Demonstrated success in growing local or regional patient census
• Must be willing to travel and spend at least 70% of time in assigned markets
