Care Hospice is currently hiring a Payroll Manager to join our fabulous team in Charlottesville, VA! We are looking for an experienced payroll leader to develop and lead our in-house payroll team. The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing the payroll department's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization. The Payroll Manager provides leadership and knowledge to a team of 5 Payroll Specialists that process payroll for 3,000 colleagues across the organization (multiple states, pay cycles, & lines of business).
