- Provide personal care assistance to individuals in need, including seniors and patients with medical conditions
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Previous experience in senior care or caregiving preferred
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is beneficial
- Ability to follow instructions from healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who have behavioral health or memory care needs
