Care From Hearts Hospice is hiring an experienced hospice liaison marketer who will be able to achieve or exceed growth and business development goals to immediately increase our hospice patient census.

The Hospice Liaison is responsible for:

• Increasing hospice census with their preexisting book of business
• Developing, tracking, and maintaining revenue producing relationships with referral sources including but not limited to hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, care managers, discharge planners, assisted living facilities, senior living facilities, and families
• Visiting accounts
• Creation of marketing events to increase brand awareness
• Educating healthcare providers and facilities about hospice services and the benefits of hospice care for their patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care for patients

Qualifications:

• An established book of business
• Ability to travel (mileage paid)
• Experience as a hospice liaison marketer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hospice regulations
