Yng Hospice is looking for a self-motivated and passionate Hospice Marketing Liaison to join our Team. ***Minimum of 2 years hospice or healthcare sales & marketing experience required.

MUST HAVE EXISTING REFERRAL SOURCES!

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategies to generate patient referrals from various sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, and community organizations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and case managers, to promote the agency's services and secure referrals.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of referral sources, and contacts.
• Collaborating with the agency's team to ensure a smooth transition for referred patients into the hospice program.
• Compensation: Commission based on every new client referral that is on-boarded to us

Requirements:

• Knowledge of hospice care principles, benefits, and regulations.
• Strong sales and marketing skills, including excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and reimbursement systems.
• Valid driver's license for travel to meet with referral sources and attend events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
