Care Cardinal is Hiring a Payroll Specialist Near Grand Rapids, MI
Cardinal Senior Management is looking for a Payroll Specialist to add to our accounting team. Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of payroll experience and have some experience processing payroll within Paycor.
This role involves processing weekly payroll for 13 locations (approximately 600 employees). Attention to detail is critical in this role to ensure the occurrence of errors are minimal. The payroll specialist will need to communicate with leadership at our various locations to resolve discrepencies.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience processing payroll
- Experience processing payroll in Paycor is highly preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's in related field preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Teams
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Ability to walk continuously, bend frequently, and sit occasionally
- Ability to operate computer systems and phone systems.
- Ability to maintain confidential data.
- Ability to build relationships with all individuals
