Responsibilities and Duties

• Med Techs will Administer medications and injections to residents based on physicians' orders. Follow procedures regarding documenting of medications
• Assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry, light housekeeping and transportation to/from the dining room
• MT's and RA's will assist with daily activities and enriching the lives of our wonderful residents!
• Always communicate in a positive and productive manner with co-workers, families/guardians, and the public
• Supporting co-workers and actively participates in shift/shift rounds and report
• Providing complete, accurate and timely documentation
• Performing tasks in accordance with Care Cardinal Policies and Procedures and that of other regulatory bodies, (CMH, AAA, Reliance, Licensing, Recipient Rights, etc.)
• Positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift
• Employees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday

*Qualifications and Skills* High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift 50lbs*

• Current valid driver’s license or State ID
• The ability to interact with people in a positive and supportive manner

Encouraged but not required upon hire: First Aid/ CPR certified * Will train the right candidate
