Oversight of two facility operations, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards including quality assurance, confidentiality, and medical record documentation. Establish and monitor effective and efficient clinical processes to ensure high quality care and patient satisfaction. Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives. Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals. Provides direct supervision of staff to include assigning tasks, providing performance feedback, managing time off and scheduling needs, hiring, and training, and serving as a role model of professional practice standards through leading by example, educating, mentoring, and coaching staff.
