Established Multispecialty Practice with flexible hours looking to fill position for qualified Nurse Practitioner. Provider will work in SKILLED NURSING facilities with supervising Nephrologist. Provider will need be an effective communicator with our close partners and team.

Just like any profession, provider must be interested in being a lifelong learner in nephrology and taking care of post acute and chronic cardiac patients.
