Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the nursing staff. Your expertise and leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in our medical facility.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications as needed
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring efficient workflow
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with medical procedures, including catheter care, specimen collection processing, and suturing
- Provide specialized care for patients in memory care, geriatrics, and pediatrics
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and hospital medicine
- Proficiency in catheter care, specimen collection processing, and suture techniques
- Understanding of physiology and ability to apply it to patient care
- Experience working with children and geriatric patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
