Captain’s Cod Company is a new and innovative “Fish & Chips” food truck. We are looking for an ambitious and qualified Food Truck Manager. To be successful in this position you must have strong time management skills, passion for hospitality, and enjoys cooking & serving quality meals.

Work Schedule: Serving days are Tuesday to Saturday, from 11am to 7pm. Managers will start the day around 8am depending on serving location. This is a food truck, shifts at times can be very long, and flexibility is key in this position. Working days are between 12-14 hours depending on locations and/or events. This position is a part time position to start, with the opportunity to work as food truck server on other days when not scheduled as manager.
Pay: DOE Tips (Willing to train for the right candidate)
Job Location: Remote/ Traveling. Starting and ending each day in the Spokane Valley.
