Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills, automotive knowledge, and exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Operate a tow truck to safely transport vehicles to designated locations

and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques and equipment

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle-related needs
- Handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial driving experience preferred
