Number of openings: 1.
Oversee the community's daily operations, ensuring that all documents comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Performing move-ins and outs with corresponding inspections, providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, while also promoting good resident relations and handling all resident complaints.
Undertake the fiscal responsibilities of the community by preparing an annual budget; pushing effective rents to achieve growth in GPR while maintaining a high level of occupancy; completing variance and weekly reports; refunding security deposits; processing invoices and daily deposits; controlling delinquency, AP, and AR.
Promoting teamwork and achieving a common goal through the hiring, training, and motivation of community personnel.
Position Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry
- Affordable Housing Requirements - Bond/LIHTC
- A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart
- Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software
- A working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office
- Ability to understand financial reports to include Profit and Loss Statements and General Ledgers

Schedule Requirements:
Monday - Friday/Some weekends, but not every weekend
