CAPP, a leading supplier of HVAC, electrical, plumbing parts & equipment, is looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our sales department.

This position is entry to mid level and can lead to a commission-based sales role with unlimited potential.

Job Duties:

• Develop customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service
• Build on existing accounts, growth mindset
• Oversee orders from quote to completion
• Present our full product offerings to customers

Required skills and qualifications:

• Hardworking and goal oriented with great attention to detail
• Customer-service oriented and able to communicate well with others
• Team player who is flexible and adaptable with changing business needs
• Solid technology skills (VOIP phone system, SAP/equivalent ERP system, Excel)

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• Previous sales experience, HVAC or related industry preferred
• Knowledge of sales order process
