Angelina Paris Lexington - Parisian Cafe & Tea Saloon
We are actively looking for new talents to join our Angelina Paris Lexington Team as Supervisor.
Your primary duty will be to promote company’s products & services through excellent customer service. To welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure guests have a pleasant experience.
Your missions will be as follow :
- Welcoming customers into the store,
- Staying knowledgeable about our range of Retail & Grab N Go products,
- Assisting customers to select their products and guide them,
- Recommending related products to increase customers’ spending and enrich the shopping experience
- Accepting and processing orders and operate the POS register.
Sales Associate skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts
