CAPP is looking for a dynamic customer service agent. The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a positive attitude.

This is an entry level position and all training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchase orders
• Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
• Locates merchandise for customers and places orders, where necessary
• Ensures fulfillment of customer orders
• Handles refunds, exchanges and returns
• Documents sales by updating customer records
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma
• Two years working in customer service preferred; Experience with HVAC or similar industry a plus
