CAPP is looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist with prior experience in either HVAC, industrial supply, or related field(s).

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer retention. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, primarily focusing on new business generation
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics; develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings and performance
• Content creation; write/create compelling and high-quality content to be used across all platforms, including web, blog posts and page descriptions
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
• Efficiently communicate with business development and sales team(s)
• Work in conjunction with technology (IT) team to reach desired e-commerce and data outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
• Brainstorm and implement new and innovative ideas to improve marketing campaign performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and customer experience across all campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
• Specific experience in industrial/commercial sales or similar fields is required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
• Solid understanding of APIs and experience integrating with various advertising platforms (Google Ads / Merchant Center, etc.).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and/or API-driven advertising campaigns.
