Position Title: Receptionist
Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension
Location: 9675 NW 117th Ave, Miami, FL 33178
Shift hours: 8:30 - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

Description:
Our receptionist attends to internal and external visitors and deals with inquiries on the phone, face to face, and in a virtual environment. In addition, our receptionist assists with miscellaneous clerical duties that would require excellent PC & communication skills.
Duties will include managing incoming and outgoing deliveries.
He or she will maintain supplies for the office.
This position will support events for the office and facilitate accompanying meals four such events.
There will be other team support duties as needed.

Qualification:
Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative assistant experience.
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language with Spanish as a second language preferred
Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows*based applications, word processing and spreadsheets.
