If you are Interested in the opportunity to work for a growing company that is family owned and respected, Capitol Group is seeking a reliable and experienced inside sales representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by answering rollover calls and assisting customers from all branches with product selection and purchases

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis

- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

- Proven inside sales experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
