What are you motivated by?:

The Maintenance Technician aids in the upkeep and maintenance of the assigned resort work location.

What you're great at:

• Work with maintenance team on preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of the resort
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested

Here’s what you have already achieved:

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of the hospitality/resort industry, timeshare preferred. 
• Experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools
