Job description
Busy Subdivision In Sumter, SC has an immediate opening for a full-time seasonal groundskeeper.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to, mowing, landscaping, groundskeeping, power washing, light construction, painting, tree work, and community beautification projects.
- Candidate must have experience with using power tools, a zero-turn mower, pole saw, weed whacker, chainsaw, and other heavy equipment.
- Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, truck, and tools
- Candidate must be able to lift and move 50 lbs, and have basic computer data entry skills to record daily work details on tablet, phone or computer.
- Must be able to lift and move 50lbs
Working hours Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM; On Call for after-hours and weekend emergencies
Potential for ongoing full-time employment
Drug free work place, EOE
