Purpose: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for directly assisting the General Manager in the management of daily resort operations to achieve planned goals while maintaining company standards for guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of all department team members.
• Plans work schedules for all team members.
• Ensure all resort rules and policies are implemented.
• Assist General Manager by monitoring tasks of personnel and workers, set goals and plans to promote. and improve the service of each department.
• Dealing with guest complaints and compliments.
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting.
• Perform technical and administrative duties including writing and reviewing reports (occupancy, yield management, capital planning, payroll, etc.).
• Supervising maintenance, housekeeping, supplies renovations and furnishings.
• Ensuring security is effective.
• Carrying out inspections of property and services.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and needed.

General Statement - Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Prior work experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
• Must have thorough knowledge of all aspects of hotel/resort operations at a property of similar size and/or quality
• Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office Program
