CAPITAL is seeking an Automotive Sales Greeter to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Greeter your primary responsibility is to welcome customers to the dealership and create a positive first impression. You will assist in directing customers to the appropriate sales staff and provide basic information about the dealership's products and services. Your role is essential in facilitating a smooth and welcoming experience for customers as they begin their car-buying journey.

Automotive Sales Greeter Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers as they enter the dealership with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere and make customers feel valued and comfortable
• Direct customers to the appropriate sales representatives or departments based on their needs
• Answer basic inquiries about the dealership's vehicle inventory, promotions, and services
• Provide information on current sales promotions, financing options, and dealership amenities
• Collect customer contact information and preferences for follow-up communication
• Other duties assigned

Automotive Sales Greeter Requirements: 

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred 
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and dealership operations is preferred
• Proficiency in using basic office equipment such as phones and computers
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
