Job duties::

• Achieving established sales/gross profit goals.
• Management/training/guiding, performance expectations and scheduling.
• Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising all products as well as reviewing and initialing all promotions before they are finalized.
• Coordinating the appropriate supply of vehicles.
• Meeting routinely with the dealership’s General Manager to review sales/profits/advertising and other issues.
• Attending to customer follow-up and/or complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
• Desking/structuring deals and customer turn-over on the sales floor.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ automotive sales and/or used car inventory management experience a must. Franchise experience is a plus.
• Experience utilizing industry electronic tools, including DMS, Credit submission/tracking and CRM software. (eLead, CDK, and VAuto experience is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings
