The ideal candidate will possess a warm, professional demeanor and enjoy the challenge of supporting multiple staff while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency with computer applications, office equipment and social media, and demonstrate a flexible personality. It is never the same day twice!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recording all day to day financial transactions
• Maintain payroll for the teachers, both full and part time, currently at 26 individuals, including withholdings
• Ensuring accuracy with account ledgers
• Managing all school expenses
• Produce monthly and otherwise routine financial reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to be on-site for a portion of the time
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
