Capital Construction Contracting has developed a partnership with Lowes to be their sole siding installer for the Northeast. We are looking for a self-motivated, Territory Manager to drive siding sales in Lowes store locations. Capital Construction is a full-service siding provider to Lowes, from lead generation to installation.

Description:

As a Territory Manager, you will oversee and drive Capital Construction’s siding sales within Lowes stores. You will be responsible for self-generating leads, you will attend store meetings, you will educate the Lowes teams about siding and participate in store events. Your top priority is to drive lead generation on the store level. You will do this by garnering leads in-store as well as educating the staff to be able to lead generate when you are not in the store.

You will be the main connection between your Lowes territory and Capital Construction’s Headquarters. You will maintain strong relationships with the store managers as well as your territory district manager. You will be the face of Capital Construction within Lowes and will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding business within your assigned territory.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience as a territory account manager.
• A proven history of meeting sales targets and boosting profitability.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.
• The ability to build long-lasting professional relationships.
• A self-driven approach to work.
• Sales and / or marketing experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to stores in your territory as well as attending trainings at the Canton headquarters.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Be the face of Capital Construction. Meet hundreds of homeowners and generate LEADS by offering appointments for our sales team to provide in-home product demonstrations and quotes.

Compensation:

• Competitive base pay and unlimited bonus structure

Schedule:

• Full-Time, offering 32-40 hours per week
