We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to work hybrid to support the Southern Maine, Coastal NH & North Shore of Massachusetts Territory.

The Territory Manageris responsible forcalling on new and existing assigned customers for purposes of sales growth, promotional activities, new product introduction, problem resolution, customer training, and developing the dealers business. This role is responsible for territory saturation and sales growth through excellence in customer service and utilization of company sales tools and systems. This role calls on customers independently, with the sales manager, in person and via phone calls. Additionally, this role reports on market competition and other territory sales influences.

What will you be doing?
  • Provides excellent customer service through consistent and timely customer interaction, problem resolution or escalation with effective and efficient follow-up. 
  • Effectively communicates with assigned customers through direct purposeful sales calls, phone calls, texts, fax, email, mail, and other means as required.
  • Conducts personal interactions with customers representative of a company with strong, ethical standards 
  • Properly communicates customer issues with appropriate company personnel and vendors 
  • Supports valued business relationships in all dealings with related departments aiming to resolve customer and other issues in a timely manner. Approaches peers and customers with a spirit of positive problem resolution

What we need from you:

Preferred Job Requirements 

  • High School diploma or its GED equivalent and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

  • 5 or more years’ experience with HVAC, sales, and related functions. 

Minimum Job Requirements 

  • High School diploma or its GED equivalent and some college coursework in Business or related field.

  • 3 or more years’ experience with HVAC, or comparable B2B selling role. 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.

  • Use computers, photocopiers, scanners, phone systems and meeting and virtual platform sharing relative to the needs of the job. 

  • Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 words per minute.
