Overview:
Our family-owned nationwide auto group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in our Northern Georgia dealership. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our business, ensuring efficient operations, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
- Utilize software systems to track sales performance and generate reports

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in sales management in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- 10 years retail automotive experience
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in using software systems for sales tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of all areas of automotive retail dealership: sales, fixed-ops, accounting, and finance.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
