Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of programs aimed at working with lower income individuals seeking assistance to become self-sufficient. Your role will involve program development, supervision, administrative tasks, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement program strategies to meet the needs of individuals develop a plan of self-sufficiency to to overcome life's challenges and improve their quality of life.

- Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and support in their roles

- Collaborate with community partners to ensure effective program delivery and coordination of services

- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and compliance

- Manage program budgets, including forecasting expenses and tracking expenditures

- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates, address concerns, and promote professional development

- Maintain accurate program documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Skills:

- Strong background in social work or related field

- Proven experience in managing programs and supervising staff

- Knowledge of program development principles and best practices

- Familiarity with working with lower income individuals with life challenges.

- Excellent administrative skills, including budgeting and documentation

- Strong relationship management abilities, including collaboration with community partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
