JOB DESCRIPTION:
Business Risk & Controls Management:
- Expertise in Banking Domain with specific focus on Business Risk and Controls management.
- Excellent problem solving, communication skills, attention to detail. Need bilingual candidate (English and Spanish).
- Well versed in developing and implementing risk policies/procedures, conduct risk assessments and audits, ensure compliance to regulatory and internal standards.
- Experience working in regulatory and compliance projects (Basel, CCAR etc).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and should be able to collaborate well with multiple teams/functions.
- Proficient in the area of data analytics and reporting. Experience in SAS, Python, reporting tools is desired.
- Any certifications in regulatory/compliance area is desired.
