JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary.
Benefits Admin Techno-Functional.
5 to 8 years supporting as a Senior Developer PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM) 9.1, 9.2 versions in large government or private sector.
IT organizations in USA.
- Good knowledge of Peoplesoft 9.2 Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, and excellent communication skills.
- Acts as the primary technical liaison for production issue resolution to the Business Support and Client Services teams
- Ability to develop technical solutions/rules/customizations by following functional specifications.
- Ability to present the technical solution to the project manager and the team members.
- Good knowledge of Oracle database's latest versions and SQL.
- Ability to develop bulk validation SQL scripts for the implemented technical solutions.
- Good knowledge of People tools, Fluid Pages, Integration Broker, Application Engine, SQR, XML Publisher.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 to 10 years of experiences in the IT profession
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience with Peoplesoft Benefits and other HCM module
- Experience should include Application management Support experience
- Seeking highly motivated professionals with excellent personal and communication skills and strong experience
