Job Title: Dynamics 365 – Technical Business Analyst

Location: Remote, Should be comfortable working EST hours

Capgemini is seeking a: Dynamics 365 – Technical Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• 8–12-year experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement(CE) with knowledge in Banking and Financial Services domain
• Platform Configuration skills: Experience in Dynamics 365 for Sales and Service out of the box capabilities (Security, Data Model, Business Rules, Business Process and Work Flows, Ribbon Workbench, Form/View, Reports& Dashboards, Dataverse etc.)
• Business Analysis skills:

o Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and in conducting workshops to drive requirements design by engaging Business Technical stakeholders
o Facilitating the review and approval of requirements from all stakeholders
o Preparation of use case diagrams, UMLs Sequence diagrams, and Visio flows
o Authoring User Stories, grooming backlog, identify dependencies and sequence the work production.
o Impacts analysis of change requests on the existing business flows
o Help the POs decide the fitment of those change requests into existing business flows without additional development effort
o Participate in sprint planning, review backlog refinement, and story grooming

• Strong Technical Knowledge for Integrations and Data Migrations:

o MS CRM & 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools (Mulesoft)/ API's(REST, ODATA Web API's) /SSIS packages
o Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration pattern to functional usage.
o Experience in data migration and translation using middleware and Dynamics 365 CRM out of the box data import process
