```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. The Medical Assistant will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. This position requires a strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. ```Duties``` - Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care - Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse - Prepare patients for examinations and procedures - Administer basic life support measures when necessary - Perform basic medical procedures, such as collecting specimens and administering medications - Assist with patient education and counseling - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records - Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient information ```Qualifications``` - Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience - Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology - Proficiency in using medical equipment and instruments - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation - Basic computer skills for record keeping and data entry The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospital or clinical setting. Knowledge of coding procedures and experience with X-ray imaging is a plus.
