Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Assistant to support our MedSpa team. This role involves preparing treatment areas, assisting with patient care, and ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day. If you love working with people and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Duties:
- Prepare clinical common areas, ensuring the kitchen, restroom, and treatment rooms are tidy, stocked, and sanitary.
- Pull up the daily schedule on your iPad, complete patient call backs, and prepare patient charts and treatment supplies.
- Monitor patient arrivals and check-ins via the Jane dashboard.
- Obtain and document patient photos, consents, weights, heights, and vital signs.
- Assist providers by setting up treatment trays, preparing products, and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
- Apply topical numbing cream as needed and ensure patient comfort during procedures using distraction methods.
- Enter treatment information into the notes section of Jane and manage patient check-outs.
- Clean and restock treatment rooms between patients, ensuring readiness for the next appointment.
- Assist with laser procedures, room turnover, and restocking supplies.
- Answer phones and manage supply inventory, documenting usage for reordering.
- Tidy and restock treatment rooms and common areas at the end of each shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clinical or MedSpa setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
