Job Description and Expectations Training Provided\)
Full Time: Monday – Saturday (One weekday off), with the opportunity for overtime. Bi-Weekly pay periods.
The responsibilities of our installers will include the installation of aftermarket vehicle accessories including, but not limited to step bars, bull bars, rain guards, truck caps, tonneau covers, lights with wiring, toolboxes, rack systems, bed organizers, hitches, etc.
Installers are counted upon to pay close attention to detail, stay up to date on new vehicles/accessories on the market, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and can easily adapt to shifts in direction as every install may differ.
Cap World installers are expected to follow written and verbal instructions, work independently as well as on a team for certain installations and can think critically to find solutions.
Due to the installer schedules being based on appointments, our installers must be punctual and reliable.
Additional duties may be required as needed.
Qualifications
Customer Service (1 year) and Automotive Industry (1 year) Experience is preferred.
A valid Driver's License is required, and US Work Authorization is required.
Capable of standing, lifting, and handling equipment of at least 50lbs, required.
Forklift Certification is preferred.
Mechanically inclined with experience in the use of basic hand tools, power tools, and wiring is preferred.
